**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to Japanese-speaking customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of [industry or specific products] is a plus
