We are now looking for a Customer Care Associate who will be part of the rapid growth of the Lingble Customer Care Team. With us, you will be part of a dynamic team in an exciting high-growth technology company where you will get the chance to develop your career and have many advancement opportunities within Lingble, because at Lingble Customer Care is at the heart of our culture and operations.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Associate covering mainly our **Asian/EU** time zone shift. You will be working closely with our other customer care members who speak English.
**Job tasks**:
- Follow up on own customer cases promptly
- Help with other assigned duties during the downtime of the live chat shifts
- Complete coaching tasks and assessments on time for constant improvement
- Assist with upselling when handling customers
**Requirements**:
- Business level or above Chinese writing skills in TCN and SCN (Must have)
- Business level or above English language skills (Must have)
- Kind, patient, and eager-to-help attitude and personality (Must have)
- Problem-solving skills (Must have)
- Multitasking (Must have)
- Good sense of responsibility and job commitment (Must have)
- Customer service experience (Must have)
- Experience with HappyFox/Zendesk/Live chat/Magento/Order processing platform (Good to have)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: RM23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
