- 监控并处理员工变动,如试用期、转正、调岗、辞职等
- 与门店主管联系,监督员工的纪律和表现,确保公司规章制度和行为准则的遵守
- 更新和维护员工档案和适当的文件存档系统
- 履行管理层不时分配的临时或其他任务

- 精通计算机操作,熟练掌握微软办公软件和Excel
- 具备良好的沟通能力,能够熟练使用华语、英语和马来语
- 必须具备高度的保密性

- 拥有积极的心态,性格愉快,渴望学习,注意细节
