Human Resource Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in HR projects (e.g. meetings, briefing, training, etc.) and take minutes.
- Maintains the security and confidentiality of personnel records.
- Assist in maintaining and updates employees records (e.g. annual leave, sick leave and etc.).
- Assist in maintaining and updates inventories records (e.g. PPE, uniforms and etc.).
- Assist in maintaining and updating current HR files and databases.
- Ensures proper documentation, correspondence, reports, filing, and records are consistent with guidelines and procedures.
- Assist in monitors and reviewing daily employee fingerprints for tardiness and/or absenteeism issues.
- Assist in attending to employees' and management inquiries.
- Assists in preparing daily, weekly, and / or monthly necessary reports for superior.
- Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Performs any other duties / assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Minimum requirement Diploma in HR or any other related field (Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of Sarawak Labour Ordinance Law, Employment law, and Sabah Labour Ordinance
- Computer literate: MS Office, HRIS software.
- Able to converse in Malay and English.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Possess own transportation.
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
