Our Client: The pioneers of modern Logistics Service Provider with cold chain services in Kuching Sarawak with sustainable solutions, strategic partnerships, and accreditation by International bodies.

We are hiring for the role of HR Manager in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a permanent role with basic salary ranging up to RM8,500.

Scope of Work:

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and monitoring employee performance.
- Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, identifying and addressing training needs.
- Manage payroll processes, administer employee compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist in HR reporting.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and practices.
- Other related tasks as and when is needed by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Completed at least a Degree in HR or other discipline with at least 7 years of working experience as a HR Generalist with minimum 2 years being in the capacity of an Assistant Manager.
- Experience in handling more than 1 group of companies is highly desired.
- Knowledge of labor laws, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, proficiency in HR software is a MUST.
- Must be a local of Kuching, Sarawak.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
