- Primarily responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with business development, sales, IT, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop a strategy to target specific market segments and establish product partnerships, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, payment agents, and e-wallet providers.
- Analyze and understand partners' and customers' business objectives, requirements, and technical contexts to design tailored solutions for both Business and Technical executives.
- Evaluate current competitor offerings and explore opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Evaluate new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
- Extend coverage to include other markets and, when necessary, directly coordinate with market heads, partners, and customers in these markets.
- Identify opportunities to market specialized solutions and actively participate in deal execution, including solution development, negotiation, and project planning.
- Obtain valuable customer insights and feedback, articulate these internally, and coordinate any development effort with Product Development, IT, and other operational functions to further improve products and solutions.
- Understand the competitive landscape in various markets, discover market insights, and identify customer pain points.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Identify fintech and payment industry trends through ongoing research and feedback and initiate the ideation and development of applicable products and solutions for the market.
- Undertake other tasks as appropriate from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of previous experience in sales in E-commerce or FinTech.
- Experience in hunting is highly preferred.
- At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Effective writing skills, with the ability to contribute to the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspects of payments and ecommerce.
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure, with a strong sense of customer empathy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and to discuss product solutions and technical specifications with potential customers.
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member.
- Proficient command of English.
