Our app aims to provide a convenient and efficient platform for customers to book appointments at local barbershops and connect with freelance mobile barbers who can provide on-demand services at their preferred location.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative/Business Development Executive, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and fostering customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, delivering compelling sales presentations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating sales deals, and staying informed about industry trends. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential barber & barbershop clients in Klang Valley through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

**2. Sales Presentations**:

- Present and demonstrate myBarber to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers.

**3. Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

**4. Sales Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market demands.

**6. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.

**7. Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

**8. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry best practices, and sales techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- **Sales Experience**: A minimum of one year of proven experience in sales, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- **Negotiation and Closing Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Independence and Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team environment.
- **Results-Driven**: A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
- **Customer-Focused**: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Software and Sales Tools**: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant sales tools is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
