We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, including preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, prices, and availability.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

**2. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues and resolving problems promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.

**4. Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate and communicate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

**5. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

**Personal Attributes**:

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
