We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:

1.

Sales Support:


  • Assist the sales team with order processing, including preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, prices, and availability.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

2.

Administrative Duties:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

3.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues and resolving problems promptly.
  • Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.

4.

Sales Coordination:


  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

5.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)

Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the sales team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
