**Job** **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee all marketing initiatives to promote the hotel's brand.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and others.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to the management.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
- Represent the hotel at industry events to expand business opportunities.

**Job Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry; Experienced in luxury hotel brands.
- Understanding of OTAs and their handling
- Able to develop new markets: Singapore, Europe, Australia, Japan, and China.
- Able to lead and motivate a small team.
- Able to set up a sales strategy and ambitious to fill up the hotel at the highest possible rate.
- Able to bring in an established network within the travel branch and corporate branch as well as media and representatives.

**Remuneration**
RM8,000 - RM12,000

**Consultant in charge**

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
