To attend to complaints and ensure that the follow up actions are taken to address the complaint within the time frame
- To ensure all purchasers’ renovation works are carried out in accordance with prescribed renovation rules and regulations
- To ensure defects identified during the defect’s liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame and owner and system are updated
- To coordinate with supervisor and purchasers on the progress of defect rectification works
- To prepare purchase requisition and quotation for approval
- Maintain the general filing system as per ISO requirement

**Requirements**:

- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and initiative with strong time-management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good in planning and organizing
- Diploma in office management or other related discipline
- with experience in Building Services management (knowledge in strata title is an added advantage)
- Able to work in Puchong
- 1-year contract
