Job Description 1.Ensure payment are processed and posted accurately for payment on timely manner 2.Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy 3. Perform general bookkeeping AP/GL function 4.Handle and resolve queries from suppliers pertaining to invoices and payments 5.Update cash book transactions and bank balance 6.Handles audit queries related to Account Payable 7.Maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping 8.Support and drive ad-hoc projects or assigned responsibilities as and when required Job Requirements : -Diploma in accounting or ACCA, CPA ( or its equivalent ) -Partial professional qualification with relevant experience is acceptable -At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred -Good skill on MS Word and Excel are essential -Ability to multitask and work in challenging fast paced environment -Able to work with minimum supervision -Willing to work in Setia Alam
