Admin Assistant for Contract Department

Subang Jaya, Malaysia Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan dan Pembinaan Sdn Bhd Full time

1. To manage general administration task, eg: photocopying, distribution of incoming and outgoing fax and mails, typing, courier, despatch or collection and any other errands needed to be done by Contract Department.

2. To coordinate the documents flow between sites, offices and HQ.

3. To be in charge of filing and maintain the project correspondences/ letters/ drawings and documents.

4. To assist Contract Department personnel to prepare and compile relevant documents and drawings for “Invitation to Quote”.

5. To get quotations for various following up reply of subcontractors’ quotations.

6. To assist Tender team in all administrative process.

7. To upkeep and maintain office equipment and facilities.

8. To prepare for Project/ Tender Presentation in the form of MS PowerPoint.

9. To scan relevant documents and download site photos as instructed.

11. To arrange general appointment or meetings.

12. To arrange pre-meeting and facilities.

13. To perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM/ SPMV or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience in the related area
- Able to take instruction in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
