**Brief summary of Position**

To manage and coordinate the certification process until the certificates and transcripts are endorsed by the related parties and sent to the students/picked up by students.

**Main Job Duties / Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for the graduation form process in the CMS and update each process as it takes place

2. Prepare documents for submission of attestation to:
- Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia
- Embassies

3. Coordinate with related units or departments to update and correct the information in the certificates (if required)

4. Request from Finance
- Petty cash/cash advance
- Clearance of cash advance

5. Handle matters faced by the graduated students

6. Courier endorsed certificates to students.

7. Update daily task in the Staff Portal

8.Take up tasks assigned by Superior as needed

9. Fluent in Arabic Language speaking and writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
