Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule training programs, including logistics, venue arrangements, and participant registrations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Communicate with trainers and participants to ensure a clear understanding of training objectives, expectations, and logistics.
- Support the evaluation and selection of external training providers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Track training attendance, completion, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Maintain training records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing the training budget, including cost tracking and invoice processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.

Additional Information:

- Travel within Malaysia may be required occasionally.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
