**Position**: Sales & Marketing Manager
**Salary**: RM5,000 - RM6,500
**Working hours**: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday (Saturday 8.30 PM - 1.30 PM)
**Location**: Klinik Pakar Jantung Dr Rahim, No 2 (Gound Floor), Jalan Panglima Hitam N35/N, Alam Impian, Seksyen 35, 40470, Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including the expansion of the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote company products and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings.
- Foster strong collaboration between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify potential patients, including individuals with existing heart conditions, those at risk for heart disease, and those experiencing cardiac symptoms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, cardiologists, and other specialists, to promote the clinic's services and generate referrals.
- Conduct outreach and marketing activities to raise awareness of the clinic and its services.
- Manage and track sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential patients and healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate and close contracts with patients and their insurance companies.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the clinic's management team.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in cardiology and healthcare marketing.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
