**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in handling full spectrum of IR/ER related tasks such as disciplinary matters, staff counselling, grievances handling, labor disputes, domestic inquiries, termination process and other industrial relations procedures in compliance with Labour Law.
- To prepare and maintain records for all aspects of IR & ER in accordance with Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Support and work with the Manager in matters on labour disputes if referred to Labour Department or Industrial Relations Department.
- Assist the Manager to provide advice and guidance on IR & ER matters to all levels of employees and to ensure that all disciplinary actions taken adhere to the regulations stipulated in the Company’s Policies, Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- To assist and work with respective Head of Department and prepare the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and ensure disciplinary actions taken are in compliance with Employment Act 1955.
- Responsible for reporting on all Industrial Relations cases and communicating all the related activities and movements to the management as and when required.
- Assist in reviewing, formulating, developing, and implementing HR Policies, Standards Operating Procedure (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Attending, responsible and resolve for employee misconduct cases - conduct counselling, issues and follow-up on show cause / warning / termination / domestic inquiries / Labour Court / Industrial Relations Court and/or relevant employees’ disciplinary issues in a timely manner.
- To support resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigation as necessary, not limiting to preliminary investigation, schedule the event, identify witnesses, collate information/data, identify panel members, etc.
- To work and be responsible for planning and executing the employee engagement activities per plan.
- Regularly meeting and coordinating with the Employee Representative Members & Committee on any employee’s progress and discuss any problem or grievances.
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties delegated to you by your superior or the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position or HR field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively listen and assist in resolving problems and sound analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise substantial discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-oriented, keen on learning, proactive, and constantly challenging mindset.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
