**MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
→Be the window contact with customers on all enquiry
→To ensure customers requirements on quantity, prices and delivery schedule are acceptable
→Maintain customer selling price & customers part number
→PO confirmation through customers EDI & SAP system, new PO order entry
→Ensure customers PO rescheduled request are well handle
→To follow up on all orders and ensure all requirements are fulfilled
→Generating Invoice, packing list to customers & forwarder for outgoing shipments
→Generating of pick notes top store for picking and packing
→Dealing with forwarder for shipment booking and arrange shipment local & export customers
→Issuinng RMA/CN/DN when needed
→Assisting Sales Team for sample preparation & shipment arrangement
→Generating monthly reconciliation report
→Also perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying,faxing, filing, data entry etc
→Perform any other administrative duties as and when assigned from time to time
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
→Minimum STPM/Diploma holder
(Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
