**Responsibilities 岗位职责:**
- Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
- 管理服务器订单的交付,并为客户提供售后维护。
- Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
- 诊断和解决各种硬件、软件故障、服务器故障和网络故障等问题。
- Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
- 收集、分析和解决客户在售前和售后遇到的技术问题。
- Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
- 严格按照规范做工作交接,保证信息同步准确。
- Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
- 遵循公司的客户服务标准和流程,及时了解最新的产品和技术。
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
- 确保客户满意并维护公司卓越客户服务的声誉。

**Requirements 岗位要求:**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in I IT technology or a related field required
- 最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
- Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- 精通中文(口语与书写)
- Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
- Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.
- 熟悉服务器、存储产品以及网络设备的安装。
- Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products
- 理解网络交换机、路由设备和安全产品的配置和维护。
