HR Operations Executive

The HR & Operations Executive is the go-to person for all employee-related matters. You will assist Head of Operations in managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, talent management, and other projects assigned by the management.
You will govern procedures, policies, and compliance-related matters. You have to ensure that all activities are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and that every aspect of HR abides by the guidelines.
You will be working closely with team heads to manage the team members’ expectations aligned with the company’s vision, values, and culture.
**Accountabilities**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, updating databases, and managing documentation related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Assist in developing and enhancing overall HR strategies, systems, procedures, processes, and policies across the organisation
- Assist and monitor the performance review and talent retention that drives high performance and growth
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
**Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with startups and SaaS / Technology / Education Technology industry is an advantage.
- Possesses sound knowledge in all prevailing SEA Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial laws and Regulations, and HR practices and processes
- Experience in performance management, succession planning, talent management, and industrial relations is an advantage.
- Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses motivational, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Has a habit for continuous learning
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
