**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer issues promptly.
- **Admin Tasks**: Perform data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Communication**: Keep clear communication with customers and team members.
- **Records Management**: Update customer records in the CRM system.
- **General Support**: Assist with meetings and office events.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer support or admin experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
