Jobs Xpert Brilliant Sdn Bhd is a Recruitment Firm. We assist our clients with all the talent search processes. Our client has been a member of the growing car industries of sales and after-sales network in Malaysia with the opening of its 3S showroom at Kayu Ara Damansara in the year 2011. Our client has moved to a new location at Off Sungai Penchala (Damansara).
Position: Administrative Support Officer (Warranty Department)
Location: Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur
**Job Descriptions**:
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation in accordance with audit requirements.
- Record, check, and process all claim settlement paperwork received from the manufacturer.
- Controls and directs obtaining warranty repairs from customers.
- Receive, evaluate, and process warranty claims, in a timely basis, as work orders are completed and closed at the deadline.
- Ensures all equipment population records are current, up-to-date, and accurate.
- Record, supervise, and control the systems for part returns and inspections.
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging them with the work order number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed of.
- Process and maintain all warranty paperwork and supporting documents related to warranty claims as required.
- Check and verify warranty parts are tagged and compiled accurately.
- Complete warrant claims and record claims into warranty register, reconciliation of credit notes, and ensures defect parts availability and proper storage.
- Responsible to prepare the submission of technical reports.
- Assist the Service Manager in the workshop operation and assist customers with requests for repair/ maintenance services.
- Performing job assigned according to standard procedures, mechanic skills, and capabilities to ensure the quality of jobs is maintained at a high level.
- Ensure prompt submission and completion of warranty claims into the system within standard SOP and deadline.
- Backup for Defective Parts & Dealers' Audit activity.
**Job Requirements**:
- With 1 years working experience in Automotive will be advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess warranty & automotive knowledge.
- Open Gender and Open race.
**Remuneration Package**
- Basic RM 2,300.00 - RM 2,600.00
- Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Sat - 8.30am - 1.00pm
- 12 days annual leave
- Medical claim (RM 1,000.00/annum)

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
