Transaction Banking Channels Support

Provide Level-2 support of Transaction Banking systems & solutions, e.g. answering queries and troubleshooting functional issues escalated from frontline teams, including Sales, Implementation, Branches and Contact Center, as well as from the customers directly.
- Make timely escalation of unresolved issues to the next level, including Business Analyst, IT & system vendors, with high quality of Level-2 fact finding & analysis.
- Manage end-to-end defect resolution and patches from IT & system vendors, e.g. analysis & resolution discussion, UAT, deployment planning and post deployment sanity / business verification test (BVT).
- Support other BAU activities, e.g. monitor system jobs & errors, prepare Management & Regulatory reports, support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, and carry out any other duties as directed by Supervisor / Management.
- Identify critical customer & system issues and make prompt escalation to Supervisor / Management.
- Always strive to comply with bank policy, regulation, compliance and BNM guidelines.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience & above
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business or Finance related disciplines
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, “can-do” attitude, customer centric mindset, highly adaptable and can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Domain knowledge in banking, especially Transaction Banking, is a strong advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
- Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and having the drive to improve processes
