**Objectives of the Position**
- Fulfil the role of Operations Support Analyst for designated countries, for the organization’s Business Management Travel Services Team, by providing travel support for business travel related functions and tasks.

**Main Tasks***
- Manage full spectrum of changes, including special projects, RFQ, and works together with global travel procurement teams.
- Collate performance data and managing all KPIs and SLA / compliance in coordination with the Supply Partner and Operations Lead.
- Conduct comprehensive periodic sampling and review against deliveries.
- Analyze and validate FCM delivery reporting on a frequency of months/ quarter/ annual.
- Drive implementation of period reviews.
- Own process to identify poor performance or compliance gaps and track action plans to close gaps against BASF policies.
- Coordinate and request support from hub specialist and resources as required.
- Ensure all material risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and reported.
- Set the right tone for risk management culture of the team in internal comms and performance objectives.
- Influencing the right outcomes/ promote open and constructive and collaborative relations.
- This role to be further enhanced to support transaction and processing of SAP transactions for Business Travel within BASF policies and local company legal and statutory requirements as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Travel and tourism or related field (Degree)
- Working Experience: 5 years relevant working experiences.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:

- Previous experience in travel management / hospitality/ procurement/ general management is encouraged to apply
- Experience working with travel related vendors but not mandatory
- Language: English (Main), Preference: Mandarin / Cantonese (read / write)
- Previous experience on an Online Booking Platform (advantageous) / SAP (advantageous)
- PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word
