**Responsibilities**:
- Able to assist in implementing and maintaining document control procedures.
- Assist in establishing and updating document control databases.
- Able to be ensuring compliance with document management standards and regulations.
- Assist in receiving, reviewing, and distributing incoming documents.
- To assist in classifying and indexing document for easy retrieval.
- Assist in monitoring document revisions and maintaining version control.
- Able to assist in performing quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to document content or formatting.
- Assist to establishing document retention schedules and managing archiving processes.
- Able to be ensuring proper disposal of outdated documents.
- Able to be coordinating with teams, departments, and external parties to facilitate document exchange.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication channel to address document-related queries or issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Aviation Management or relevant fields.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with electronic document control tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum, or OpenText is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in quality standards or/and safety practices or/and basic legislation.
- Top-class typing and report writing skills.
- Details-focused document organising abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
