- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the Startup and SME market and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the various industry, particularly in HR departments.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, including startups and SMEs, through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Present our health employee engagement solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to tailor solutions according to the specific requirements of healthcare clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Extensive network and connections within the healthcare sector, particularly in HR departments and relevant industry associations.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement solutions, HR practices, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
