**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials and modules in Thai language.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various topics such as professional development, technical skills, and company policies.
- Assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Facilitate interactive and participatory training activities.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure understanding and skill development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English & Thai language** with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in training delivery or teaching.
- Experience with Customer Service is highly preferred.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
