n your new role you will:
S
- upport with conducting research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs, and help with the active development of opportunities both inbound and outbound. A
- ssist with managing opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote FAEs), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (e.g., FAE support) P
- repare quotes and price negotiations. C
- ontribute to design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers. B
- uild and maintain customer relationships and loyalty remotely. A
- ssist with the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential. P
- rioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics. U
- pdate sales management systems for core activities (e.g. CRM) H
- elp out with ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications.
Y
ou are at ease when it comes to digital channels, customer analytics, and standard IT tools and systems. You are flexible and can easily and quickly adapt to changes. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are passionate and motivated when it comes to building and maintaining customer relationships. Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have:

- degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field A
- t least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment B
- asic Account Management skills E
- ffective time management skills and ability to multitask. R
- emote selling experience and analytical skills B
- asic digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve) P
- nterpersonal and negotiation skills G
- ood communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written. Multi-lingual would be an advantage with Korean & German, both oral and written
