Lead the Inside Sales organization from inception, developing and executing an organizational strategy covering customer segments aligned with the go-to-market design. Continuously define and refine key sales processes for consistent operationalization and create clear execution plans to exceed business targets and scale. Collaborate with other sales leaders to develop a comprehensive sales coverage approach, maximize sales resources through territory planning, account segmentation, and allocation. Build relationships with internal sales teams and customers, drive and inspect operational processes, ensuring compliance with key sales tools. Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to onboard new inside talent and refresh the Inside Sales team on solutions, industry knowledge, technical skills, and sales skills. Accountable for overall performance management and employee development for Inside Sales. Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations, executing the charter and achieving key performance indicators while aligning with the company's longer-term strategic goals.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) commonly required. 8+ years of applicable work experience. Full knowledge of relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others. Strong leadership and people management skills, managing Inside Sales Reps and Channel Managers (ICHAMs) comprising 12-15 employees. Experience in the PC industry with a focus on B2B - consumer or enterprise sales, selling into B2B enterprises.
