Training & Consultancy Administration Executive

**GENERAL**
- Contact person between trainers and the management and clients.
- Responsible for compilation of schedule and claims related to trainers and the program.
- Preparation for slide and notes files for the abovementioned purpose.
- Conducting and evaluate the job evaluations survey.
- Compiling and presenting the data information.
- Implementing the filing system.
- Preparing the budget and consider the costs of planned program as per instructed by HOD.
- Work in a team to produce training that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
- Responsible for organization and planning for various in-house and external training.
- Assist the working team of adhoc events/meetings when needs arise.
**REQUIREMENT**
Bachelor degree in Marine/ Port Management/ Shipping/ Logistic studies
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
