**Position Title**:Customer Service Advisor

**Onboarding Date Required**: 29th April 2024

**Language Requirement**:Mandarin (Native) + English (B2) + Malay (Average if possible)

**Location**:KL Sentral

**Working hrs**:7.00am - 9.00pm shift (5 working days per week including weekend)

**Remuneration package offering**: RM4000 Basic + KPI Allowance up to RM300 per month
- **Education Requirement: Only Diploma / Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and related field.**_

**Job scope**:

- Provide technical support and advise verbally in terms of mobile phones, laptop, speakers, earphones, apps store etc to customers/users _**(purely customer service, not in deep of technical support/IT Helpdesk job).**_
- This position will be handling chat inquiries via _**client's e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada) and official website. **_Call is required sometimes as backup.
Customer asking: _**May i know how to download apps on my phone?**_

CS must provide guideline step by step such as answer below:
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
