Delegate Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our event company as a Delegate Sales Executive. The role involves generating revenue through delegate sales for our upcoming events. We are open to fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience.
**Job Description**:
- Researching and identifying potential clients to sell event delegate passes to.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
- Managing and updating sales reports and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborating with the production team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
