This position will be responsible for providing customer support to our customers; assist customers across a broad range of areas including account and billing related enquiries, technical support, product information and training. This role will need to coordinate with various departments to ensure swift resolution to all customer queries.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Customer Helpdesk**
- Ensure our service levels are met.
- Ensure enquiries are handled in a timely manner and good quality.
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Closely co-operate with internal stakeholders where required.

**Customer Focus**
- Customer oriented and good problem solving skills.
- Drive good scores from customer survey.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Versatile and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Applications.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
