Responsibilities - Provide administration support to maintain a smooth running of the office - Attending to all incoming and outgoing calls. - Attending to internal or external correspondences / documents and distribute them accordingly - Attending to guests / visitors - Filing and maintaining of documents - To perform dictation /drafting /typing of letters - Performing Bahasa/English translation and vice versa - Photocopy machine maintenance call and follow up - To set up zoom ID for meetings - Responsible to source, analyze and negotiation with suppliers and vendors - Preparing of quotation comparison, recommendations of Management’s approval - Raising of PRF (Purchase of Requisition Form and Payment Requisition Form) - Monitoring goods delivered - Monitoring invoices and execution of payment for suppliers - To be responsible of all monthly bills according to due dates - Preparing staff meeting, board meeting refreshments - Monitoring cleaners duties and responsibilities - Renewal of annual membership - Other duties as and when directed
