Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
a. To handle documents according to the instructions of Superior for hotel rooms arrangement, events and related functions.
b. To prepare proposals and BEO as supporting to Superior current task.
c. To act on feedback from Guests for the hotel rooms and functions by following up and to ensure no more repeating of mistakes or dissatisfaction.
d. To assist Sales Manager/Sales Exec to do inspections, hotel tours for guests when required.
e. To ensure equipment, tools and assets in the own department and Hotel are in good condition and keep updated of stationary required.
**Qualifications**
- At least a diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in any field is required.
- Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Preferable to have basic hotel working experience. However, fresh graduates will be considered if suitable.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
