**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be making calls every day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross organizational sales goals
- Responding to outbound calls on IT product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
- To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.
- Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
- Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
- Quote and Close existing Renewals
- Database Management

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales & product marketing role preferably from IT distribution industries or IT reseller / SI businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
