Job Requirements:

- Need to have at least 1 year of working experience in Technical department **OR **Cloud industry **OR** in Sales industry in customer service (BPO)
- **Experienced in using CRM system - or related system**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to identify and follow up on leads. Exceptional skills in upselling services and to meet commission targets.
- Technical Understanding & Motivation for Sales.

**Job Description**:

- Field inbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behavior's throughout the entire interaction
- Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and forming solutions of new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
- Offer resolution within our scope of support & troubleshoot client products as needed to resolve each call the first time
- **This position does not requires out bond calls to be done & does not need telemarketing to be done.**

**This is not a telemarketing position**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

- Rotational shift
