Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
- Serving as internal and external consultants by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions
- Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
- Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
- Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
- Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
- Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs
- Understanding the end-to-end of payroll processes, be able to identify gaps in controls, payroll data management, and be able to refine payroll operating processes and reduce costs, or improve payroll service levels.
- Be able to process and advise the payroll compliance based on the applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensuring HR agendas are aligned with employment law issues
- Acknowledging, suggesting and overseeing any changes related to workflow
- Advising and formulating plan on talent engagement, retention, and also adherence to the Employment Act.

- Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)
- At least 2 years in related field and experience
