**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (based in GuangDong, China)**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan and execute sales strategies to achieve the sales target set by the company management in the assigned market segment
- Interaction with customers to build robust relationship with customers in order to increase company reputation
- Understand the marketing trend to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to meet the monthly and annual sales target
- Identify potential markets opportunities through extensive market research and studies for existing and new projects
- Plan and execute short
- and long-term business development strategies and initiatives
- Able to coordinate projects well and manage client's requests
- Preparing quotation, involve in contracts negotiation and signing.
- Attending trade exhibitions, researching prospects and generating leads.
- Receiving and attending customers’ visitation and to provide PPT presentation.
- Closely follow up orders & any quality issues until shipment
- Coordination of internal and external communication
- To assist on any ad-hoc tasks from the management as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- To be stationed initially in Kulai, Johor and later transferred to Shenzhen China when the pandemic is over.
- This position must be minimum a bachelor degree holder, this is because to get a long term work permit in China, minimum education level is bachelor degree.
- Familiar with the foreign trade export order follow-up process & computer software operation
- Work meticulously, sense of responsibility with recognized executive and communication skills, ability to withstand pressure and good teamwork spirit
- Package offer according to qualification & experience

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
