Business Development Executives are responsible overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity and bring in new business. He/she to provide professional customer service and problem solution to client. Understand market trend and seek new opportunities in market. Role and Responsibilities

**Business Opportunities**

Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business including cold calling, proposal negotiation, business appointment till fully onboard clients.

**Researching on Industry Trends and Business strategy**

Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to senior management and suggesting strategies to expand market research

**Building and maintaining client’s relationships**

Building and maintaining high quality and professional customer service and relationships with new clients and looking for new sales opportunities. Collecting feedback to analyze and making improvement during the service chain, developing lasting business relationships that generating new sales opportunities and word of mouth effects. Negotiate & maintain contracts.

**Operations Support**

Identifies sponsorship opportunities, including non-profit engagement.

**Marketing Opportunity**

Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing or a related field.

Preferred Skills
- At least 1 -2 year experience at business development or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Result oriented, strong self-motivation and work discipline
- Proven sales achievement

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
