Hiring Position: Office Administrator

We are Zetra Consultants (a subsidiary of Zetra Healthcare Sdn Bhd) are a professional consulting company focused on providing human capital solutions throughout east and west Malaysia. High-Level Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the consulting and training portfolio for our consultants and business owners
- Prospectus resourcing through social media
- Arranging for meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for the company

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in Malay & English; written and verbal is a MUST or you must be able to utilise AI tools such as Chat GPT or Co-Pilot to your/ company advantage.
- High school, diploma or equivalent - computer savvy is more important
- Experience in HRDC processes is an added advantage.
- Physical working environment, but we do have days where you can work from home
- Own transportation required, but we give you RM100 transport allowance every month
- Office location: Petaling Jaya
- Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesdays thru Saturdays (off-days are Sun-Mon)
