Office Administrator

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customer’s employer to find out status of customer
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- To prepare Letter of Demand
- To prepare Bankruptcy Documents
- To prepare Letter of Instruction to Solicitor and/or Valuer;
- To prepare loan/financing security documents;
- To create credit files;
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
