**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for training all existing & new outlet staff in all areas of food service responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and training to baristas in planning of all outlet operations with the goal of providing customers excellent quality products and superior customer service.
- To provide Customer Service Training to all managers and baristas.
- To deliver high standards of training to meet the desired outcome.
- To implement, organize, conduct and evaluate on job training for baristas.
- To undertake any projects or activities to support the development and enhancement of new and existing training program.
- Assist in identifying the training needs and measure effectiveness training through post evaluation
- Monitor and ensure all training materials and standards are updated.
- To ensure outlets are following the Standard Operating Procedures, to maintain product quality, and the customer services comply to the brand’s requirements.
- To ensure the training centre is upkeep well at all times.
- To be fully prepared before training program commence.
- To work closely with all other departments related to training.
- Plan and oversee audits of the outlet operations as per schedule
- Performs other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements and qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar Training role.
- Excellent knowledge of various training functions & development etc.
- Good understanding of F&B industry especially coffee industry.
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel & Power Point.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solver, Strong ethical standards.
- Additional Trainer education and certification will be a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
