**. Learning & Development Executive**

**Purpose of Job**:
The L&D Executive is responsible for the training and professional development of the company’s employees. The purpose is to help the Sr Manager to help coordinate, organise and develop programmes, inhouse trainings and external trainings. Friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Key Duties**:

- This role is mainly to play a critical role in the day-to-day L&D activities and within the HR Team.
- Regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers especially the government bodies, training grants, etc.
- To assist in developing and implement the L&D strategies and programs that are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Recommending indicators for talent assessment to identify high potential Talent and implement high-potential program.
- Assist to analyse employee’s training needs.
- Assist to administer onboarding and exits.
- Assist to liaise with relevant government bodies on training grants.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory and developments in learning technologies.
- To prepare training modules, programs and training related materials and venues.
- Manage all online registration of staff training.
- Maintain a proper training records and adapt to Microsoft excel and ppt on presentations. Preparations of training requirement surveys etc.
- Assist in preparing training budget.
- Assist in maintaining training trends, developments and best practices.
- Acts as the main liaison person for staff with questions about training and development.
- Coordinate with HR team on staff training logistics etc.

**Additional Expectations**:

- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, payroll information, patients records, etc
- Undertake training as required.
- Actively support all company policy rules and procedures, as stated in Company’s Handbook, including Safety and Health.
- Undertake any reasonable task as requested by immediate superior or of higher level of authority and carry out any other duties necessary to ensure the proper performance of the title of the post and its grading
- Also to carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the company

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / Degree in Human resources, Education or Training.
- Self motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- L&D programs management and familiar with learning needs analysis.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
