General Manager

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while
accomplishing your own goals
2. Responsible in formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies
3. Experienced in management level, obtains profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing
business objectives
4. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress
towards stated goals and objectives
5. Review’s operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain outsourcing requirements
to develop new market
6. Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
7. Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending
objectives
8. Able to generate reports and comfortable presenting ideas to improve revenues
9. Responsible for overseeing the business activities, hiring and enforcing organizational standards
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge in SOP; establishing personal networks; benchmarking and
participating in professional societies
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
12. Develop sales and profit targets and objectives to support the business and its operations/expansion, taking the
economic conditions and other factors into consideration
13. Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness in communicating with employees of all levels and other external
constituents
14. Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Holds a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Operation or equivalent
2. At least 10 years of work experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role in retail or consumer business with
strong analytical ability
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
6. An agile, inspiring, and energetic leader capable of operating at both the strategic and operational levels
7. Must possess own transport (car)
**Salary**: RM5,326.13 - RM19,054.13 per month
