Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop new business as well as maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
- Research, identify and approach the right prospects and turn them into committed users of our platform.
- Prepare quotation, liaise with vendors, hauliers and customers.
- Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.
- Organize shipment including booking of carrier and liaise with shipping liner / booking agents.
- Monitor activities and clearly communicate status on the enquiries / issues / problems to all stakeholders.
- Continuously keep abreast with market intelligence such as online sales strategies, industry trends, market and competitors activities whilst building strong knowledge in our platform.
- Perform ad-hoc duty assigned by superior.
Grab Haulier is a digital logistics platform connecting haulage users (importers, exporters, freight forwarders) with hauliers.
We build technology with business-to-business transport at its core, particularly aimed at bringing new advancements and efficiency to connections between haulage users and hauliers.
