We are a fast-growing US-based K12 education company offering innovative and transformative educational services. As we continue to expand and diversify, we're looking for a talented and dedicated Student Advisor, who can provide exceptional customer service to our US customers from Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls in time to prospective customers to offer detailed course consultations and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
- Perform personalized analysis of students' learning situations based on their performance in the entrance assessment, recommend suitable middle school courses and follow up with the parents until they pay the course.
- Handle customer inquiries about the product & addressing any issues or concerns raised by the customer while providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets consistently.
- Follow up with potential leads promptly and tracking all interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to communicate feedback from customers and help improve our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a sales-related role is mandatory, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to convert prospects into customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Highly self-motivated individual, flexible with different users' need and questions, with strong target orientation.
- Key problem-solving skills along with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

This is a full-time contract position requiring 40 hours per week. Our company offers a competitive base salary coupled with an attractive commission structure that generously rewards performance.
