Business Development/sales Executive

**Identify and Prospect**: Research and identify potential clients or markets, and initiate contact to create new business opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Able to speak in Mandarin.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
