Description

**Primary Objective**:

- Ensure excellent handling and end-to-end resolution of requests and complaints originated from inbound requests
- Consistently gain knowledge, be efficient and professional to deliver high service quality
- Analyze reasons for customer to call and work with internal teams to improve processes or system functionality which may reduce inbound call volume.
- Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first level of customer service support.
- Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction.
- Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills.

**Functions**
- Provide customer service and support for any inbound customer queries
- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
- Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
- Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field.
