Develop and implement HR policies to meet organizational needs including employee compensations, manpower planning, training, employee relations safety and health issues.
- Develop key performance indicators in line with corporate objectives and drive continuous improvement processes and practices within the company.
- Manage all HR related activities such as staff welfare, cooperative challenges within the organizations, physical and psychological work environment etc., expected to take necessary action in relation to the above-mentioned aspects.
- Prepare agenda and presentation material/ documents for various functions and meetings.
- Work closely with all the departments to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to and from the assigned department.
- Coordinate travel arrangement and accommodation requirements.

**Experience**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree of education is required for this position.

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - 3,000
**Working Hour**: 8:00AM - 6:00PM Mon - Fri

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
